Personal Productivity Index (PPI)
Tracks real productivity performance using RescueTime's Productivity Pulse metric. Values above 100 indicate higher productivity than the 2025 average baseline. The index measures time spent in productive vs distracting activities, with scores ranging from 0 (100% distracting) to 100+ (highly focused work). Based on actual computer usage data, not self-reported estimates.
Historical Data
* Trend lines are trailing simple moving averages. Each point is the mean of that month and the months before it — the 3-month trend at July 2026 averages the May, June and July rows, which under MIKE's release lag are April, May and June actuals. A trend summarises the run ending at each point, never data from after it, so the 3-month line begins at the third point and the 6-month at the sixth.
Bars show monthly total tracked hours (RescueTime, right axis); the line is the productivity index (left axis).
